Welcome to Meverlybd! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meverlybd website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Meverlybd ("we", "us", "our").

By visiting our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree with any part, we'd ask that you not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Meverlybd is an online gift store based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, offering a curated selection of gifts for every occasion. These Terms apply to everyone who visits, browses, or purchases from Meverlybd.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our Service. If you're under 18, please use Meverlybd only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• When you create an account, the information you provide (name, email, phone, address) must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Inaccurate information may result in order delays or account suspension.
• You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential, and let us know immediately at meverlybd@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders & Purchases

• Placing an Order: When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase — it's not confirmed until we accept it. We may decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable grounds, and we'll let you know if that happens.
• Accuracy of Listings: We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but occasional errors can happen. If we discover an error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in BDT (৳) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
• Payment: We accept the payment methods listed at checkout (e.g., mobile financial services, cards, cash on delivery, where available). By providing payment information, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.
• Estimated delivery windows are 2–5 business days within Dhaka and 7–10 business days outside Dhaka. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
• Once an order is handed over to our delivery partner, risk of loss passes to you, though we'll always work with you to resolve delivery issues.
• If you're sending an order as a gift to someone else's address, please double-check the recipient's details before checkout — we can't be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address supplied at the time of order.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Meverlybd — including our logo, product photography, text, graphics, and site design — is owned by Meverlybd or our licensors and is protected under the copyright and trademark laws of Bangladesh and applicable international laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through bots, scrapers, or malicious code;
• Post or transmit content that is fraudulent, abusive, or infringes on others' rights.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Service may link to third-party websites (such as payment gateways or social media). We don't control these sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. You're free to stop using the Service or close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meverlybd and its team members won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — such as loss of profits or data — arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Bangladeshi law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. We'd always encourage reaching out to us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly that way.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. We'll update the "Last Updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
